Frank and Nino really know their stuff. Louis works extremely fast with Emission's customers coming in and out all day as well as fast, through oil changes. Frank and Nino have worked on nearly all my vehicles and consistently great service and always top notch work quality.

Googled 'emissions in Hartford', this was the first place on the list. Checked out the reviews, down the street from my job, headed over there. In and out in 10 minutes, great customer service! Very friendly and polite with the 3 customers that arrived right after me for emissions too. When I put away my paper, turns out I came here 2 years ago for emissions too, lol. Definitely be back to check them out if my car ever needs repairs. Definitely the place to come for emissions, very fast!

Having dropped my daughter off at school less than a mile from B&S, I figured the proximity would offer great convenience for the purpose of executing the required emissions test on my vehicle. Though they did appear to be busy, in high demand, I was in and out at lightening speed! I cannot think of any way this process could have been improved. Thanks, guys!

B & S automotive has handled some of my recent repairs for my family's vehicles. The staff has been extremely professional each time. They have thoroughly explained the needed repairs and given an estimate for the needed services. They never pressured me to complete the service and were very willing to explain the repairs to my spouse. B & S kept me in the loop with accurate time tables for when the repairs would be completed. Each time when the repairs were completed they showed me the part that they removed and where the malfunction occurred. B & S has earned my business for everything car related moving forward! They are the best!

The staff in the shop is just wonderful. Frank took care of my car in efficient time. He also explained in details what needed to be done. I definitely will use the shop again in the future. In addition, price was also very reasonable. 👍👍

I have to begin stating, I have a Mercedes S580 which has so much technology that it is safe to say, overly engineered. I had scheduled a 20K maintenance service with Mercedes Benz Service department and found out that this was going to cost close to $2,500 - OUCH. So I decided to go on Facebook and asked the West Hartford group if there are any MB mechanics out there as I Hemmed and Hawed. In the past, the MB employees in the service area have been rude and unreliable at best. I could go on and on, but this review is about my experience with B&S Automotive. I received a great referral to B&S Automotive from this woman who had messaged me, so I checked them out and scheduled my appointment. Upon my arrival, the owner Frank, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to; a total mechanic geek which I absolutely love - wicked smart person. My expectations were met - great service, got the work done, and more - just accommodating. It feels good that I am no longer trapped as I do not have to have my cars serviced at Mercedes Benz…... Not Anymore!!! Thank you Frank at B&S Automotive - I can't wait for my next service.

Looking for an Emission test? This is your place! After moving to CT I was looking for a place to get the emission test done for CT car registration, after reading the previous reviews I decided to give this place a try. Let me tell you Frank was really friendly and got the test done in less than 10 minutes!! Highly recommend!
